Letter from our Gérant

On behalf of Ibogaine Solution DRC SARL, it is my honour to welcome you to our website, and to thank you for your interest in our work.

We are a young company, registered in Lubumbashi, with a clear purpose: to carry out responsible, documented and compliant scientific work on Tabernanthe iboga in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Our mission is ethical and fully traceable iboga from the DRC, with records kept at every step, from identification to authorized collection.

Iboga belongs to the natural and cultural heritage of Central Africa, and to the communities who have known it for generations. We believe it deserves to be studied with care, with rigour and with respect. We intend to respect local communities, their knowledge and their right to share fairly in any benefits, through access and benefit-sharing arrangements made with their prior informed consent.

That is why our work will begin only once all the required authorizations have been obtained. We work with the Congolese authorities and intend to work in partnership with Congolese institutions. Our applications for the necessary permits, including export licences, are in progress; no harvest or export authorization has been granted, and our activities remain suspended until then.

We welcome conversations with research partners and investors who share our commitment to ethical sourcing, traceability and benefit-sharing with Congolese communities.
